cafejazz1Oh wow, love how this crowd rocks!

Mr Henly got more than his fair share of underwear, a genuine first. With regard to the french item, is this the start of a Tom Jones trend? All our love to the Blues Dragon Club, please enjoy a little audio thank you for having a great night with us.

The Borough Blues Club

Monday, October 12th, 2009

BoroughbluesflyerpicyThis club has been going from strength to strength, it is a place where lovely people have  a genuine appetite and appreciation for great blues and we finally got to play for them.  Billed, as like greats such as Peter Green, Clapton and the Kings, the pressure was on ( just a tad) to deliver something special. So we gave it all the Mojo we got ! and hope everyone enjoyed the night. It was a first gig for Jerry Smith who did a fab job on Bass having worked so hard to learn the Mojojim set, and for the babe who had just returned from Italy. Nick Broughton kindly joined us for a classic and young Luke Doherty gave a new DR Z  amp a blast towards the end to build anticipation of playing with his own band next month. Plus guest vocals from Adrian Bold and Kieth Barwood both showing how to stay young at heart. Music photographer Liz Aiken was there, you can see some more of her fab pics here. More pics from Marc Ackrill-Smith , cheers. Sending All our Love
